Raising Concerns

This grievance mechanism is intended to complement, not replace, existing judicial or arbitration procedures or resources provided through collective agreements.

Raising a concern through this channel does not waive or limit any legal rights and does not prevent access to courts, administrative authorities, arbitration, trade unions, or other available remedies under applicable law.

Use of this mechanism is voluntary, and Troldtekt prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
