Troldtekt’s CSR report among the best
Troldtekt is one of the best SMEs in Denmark to report on its work with sustainability and social responsibility. The company has just been highlighted for its latest CSR report by the trade association FSR – Danish Auditors and Global Compact Network Denmark.
Companies working according to the UN Global Compact principles are required to report each year on the status of their work with sustainability and social responsibility. This happens in the so-called Communication on Progress (COP) reports or CSR reports.
Troldtekt’s latest report has just been included in an exclusive list of the best reports from Danish companies in the SME segment with up to 250 employees. FSR – Danish Auditors and Global Compact Network Denmark have compiled the list together in connection with the SME COP event to highlight good reporting practices in Danish Global Compact member companies.
We’re thrilled to be recognised in this way, because our work with sustainability permeates our entire corporate culture, and the CSR report gives us an opportunity to talk about the work we do and the progress we’ve have made.
Peer Leth, CEO at Troldtekt A/S.
Troldtekt joined the UN Global Compact back in 2010, so this is the tenth consecutive year that Troldtekt has uploaded a CSR report to the UN.

Tough reporting criteria
To be included in the list, the CSR reporting must meet strict criteria. One of the criteria is that the report must be credible and useful – in other words it must provide credible and useful information on the results of the company’s work in applying the Global Compact principles. Concrete data is required, documenting the progress which has been made with sustainability.
In the past, it has primarily been the largest companies that have prioritised CSR reporting, but my feeling is that it will soon be an indispensable requirement for all businesses to share and document their sustainability work. We’re pleased that we can take the lead, and show the way for other companies in the SME segment.
Peer Leth.
In addition to Troldtekt, only four other Danish companies have been included in the list of the best CSR reports for 2019. They are IFU, Metz, Missionpharma and Phoenix Design Aid.
